Who is responsible
Gopher Digital Marketing is operated by Mark Szika. For questions about your personal information or to exercise your rights, email hello@gopherdm.com.
Information you provide
When you enquire, we receive your name, email address, website, service interest and any message you choose to send. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond, assess your request, prepare a quote and manage any resulting work. Where you request services for yourself, this supports steps taken at your request before a contract. For business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers. Necessary records may also be kept to comply with legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Services handling your information
The contact form sends your details through FormSubmit to our Google Workspace inbox. These providers process information to transmit and store the enquiry. FormSubmit may present a Google reCAPTCHA spam check on its own service; its privacy and cookie information applies there. Our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website.
See FormSubmit privacy information and Google privacy information. Providers may process information outside your country. Relevant provider terms explain their locations and transfer safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
This website's own code does not set advertising cookies or use local storage. The off-site form service may use its own security technologies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and website performance. This service does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors. See Cloudflare privacy information.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting work, and for necessary record-keeping, legal obligations or the resolution of disputes. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where it applies. Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, including Portugal's CNPD.
